MANY MOVING PARTS.
ONE GOOD PLACE.

The everyday stuff. The unexpected stuff.
A little care that goes a long way.

A squeak, a shudder, or simply time for a check. We look at the whole braking system and explain what it needs.

  • Pads, discs & wear
  • Fluid & visible lines
  • A clear repair recommendation

LET’S START
WITH A FEELING.

You don’t need to know the part.
Just tell us what feels different.

WE’RE ALL EARS.

When does it happen — starting, turning, braking? Bring the story. We’ll work out where to look.

A conversation starter, not a remote diagnosis.

CURIOUS MINDS.
CAREFUL HANDS.

We listen to what you’ve noticed, look at the car and check the things that matter. Understanding comes before the spanners.

Bring any notes, warning-light photos or recent service records.

Cars are complicated.
Good care shouldn’t be.

A workshop should be a place you can ask a question, understand the answer and leave with a little more confidence. That’s the idea behind Ricochet.

  • Plain English, not a parts dictionary.
  • Your approval before the work.
  • A useful plan for the miles ahead.

NO SILLY
QUESTIONS.

Still something on your mind?
Put it in your visit request.

What vehicles can I bring?

This workshop concept is built around everyday cars, hatchbacks, SUVs and light pickups. Share the make, model and year so the workshop can confirm the right fit before a visit.

I don’t know what’s wrong. Is that okay?

Absolutely. Describe what you’ve noticed, when it happens and anything that has changed. You don’t need a diagnosis to start a conversation.

Will I get a price before repairs?

The approach here is to inspect, explain the findings and discuss the scope and estimate with you. The workshop confirms any inspection charge and gets your approval before repair work.

How long will my car be in the workshop?

It depends on the work and parts required. Tell the workshop about your schedule when you request a visit; timing is confirmed after the job is understood.

What should I bring to my visit?

Your keys, relevant service records and any notes or photos that help explain the concern. Mention a locking wheel-nut key if the work involves your wheels.

Can I book through this page?

This is an interactive design concept. You can try the visit form and download your plan. Nothing is sent to a workshop and no appointment is booked.
